Q: What access do you need to my NetSuite instance?
A: Read-only access to customization records, execution logs, system notes, and configuration data. We don't need access to financial data, customer records, or any proprietary business information. We'll provide the exact scope during kickoff.
Q: How long does the analysis actually take?
A: Your involvement: 15 minutes for kickoff + 30 minutes for report walkthrough. Our work: 7 days for complete analysis and report generation.
Q: What if I don't have time to implement the recommendations?
A: That's fine. You get the report regardless and you can use our professional service to implement those challenges or any other partner of your choice.
Q: Have you really not paid out once?
A: Yes. We haven't found a NetSuite instance with zero improvement opportunity. We will happily pay $200 as promised if we found a truly optimized instance.
Q: Is this really free, or will you pressure us to buy something?
A: It's really free. We believe the analysis speaks for itself. After seeing what's possible, most organizations want to continue but that's your choice. No sales calls, no pressure.
Q: What happens to our data after the analysis?
A: We delete all instance-specific data after report delivery. We may retain anonymized, aggregated insights (e.g., "X% of instances have orphaned scripts") for research purposes only.
Q: Can you analyze SuiteApps and third-party bundles?
A: Yes. We map all customizations including bundle scripts if we have access to the code, though we can't modify vendor code. We'll identify if bundle customizations are causing issues.
Q: What if we use SuiteCommerce or other advanced features?
A: We analyze everything: SuiteScript 1.0/2.0/2.1, workflows, SuiteFlow, SuiteCommerce customizations, SuiteApps, custom records, fields, roles—the entire customization stack.
